1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@joyfulljubilee.com.
• After the 24-hour window, cancellations may not be possible as orders are processed and dispatched quickly.

2. Refund Policy

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product. Please send photos of the defect and your order details to info@joyfulljubilee.com.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Personalized or custom products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
• Products that have been used or opened are not eligible for a refund.

4. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange for the exchange.
